Pre-Enlist: Further Studies, NS Defer ?

  Hi, i was 17 yrs old, LAST year (2009) Birthdate: 28 Aug
  
  Was i suppose to get a deferment letter from NS at 2009?
  
  Because all my friends said they did, and had to go online to defer.
  
  I didnt get the letter, probably because i moved houses quite a few times and forgot to change my address on my IC.
  
  So.. I recently just changed my address. Jan 02, 2010
  
  Will they send another letter any time soon?

  I wanna complete my poly first before going to NS!

  Go poly get a letter then send to CMPB.

  I heard someone said by end of 29th jan must defer, or else must go NS?

  Different birthday different deadline to defer.

  You better call up CMPB to clarify that you change your address several times.

  Once poly accepted you, u can apply for deferment.

  its your fault that you didnt update your change of address? this severe lack of personal responsiblity is unexcusable, maybe you should enter NS to learn it...

  i dont believe its a case of forget to update your address but more likely a case of cant be bothered too..so if the saf calls you up, you only have yourself to blame.

  The rest, dont talk as if u noe my personal life. I got O lvls on that yr, and moving houses aint helping with the stress i've got. Not to mention family problems.

  i dont wana know your personal life, i dont need to know your personal life, but theres 1 thing u need to know and that is personal responsibility.. so maybe you needa go into the saf and be taught that the hard way..
