What did you do to cause his behavior?
If you have eye witness etc, you can complain to your PC etc provided you are not someone who has a reputation for being a troublemaker.
that's physical abuse?
LOL!
i know what you could have done, avoid the file when it was coming at you

A NSF officer has authority over a SSG and if he decides to do nothing at all, you might have to go rethink what you were doing till others don't even bother to help you.
If it has anything to do with the AWOL questions you asked earlier, i would just say i won't be surprised if noone is going to help you.
it could have been worse. he could have grabbed the file and hit you repeatedly with it.

First I want to ask:
What did you do to make him throw the file at you?
nah , not regarding the awol thing.
it's just some mistake that i wrote wrongly of my addres.
wrote 3 instead of 7.
it's seriously unintentional.
does he have to get so work up?
and is he allow do all those stuff to me?

do you make mistakes on a daily basis?
well........... I think it's possible to get at him. Technically it's probably physical abuse, assault and something else (forgot). Esp since you got witness? But I'm guessing your superiors will help to "cover-up". So you can suck thumb
This is the SAF right? lol. I believe there's little you can do. Just get on with your NS.

Hi icyboiz,
If you truly wish to make a complaint, you will have to work your way up the chain of command. The first person who you can complain to is your PC. Only if he ignores you, then can you complain to even higher authorities.
However, I will strongly suggest that you think carefully about it. If you are to really bring the issue up to higher authorities, your working partners and superiors will definitely look at you with a different view, and may even try to make your life as legally miserable as possible.
Cheers.
it won't help in the complaint if the TS was being a moron in the first place too
that we'll never know
