  I borrowed credit from a someone and because im screwed because theres no top up into my account. That guy keep pestering me to pay him in cash. Is it legal to pay cash for credits?

  You use people's credit. Common sense you pay them back in cash. Because the person will have to pay cash if he finishes his credit.
