in any case, stay out during airman orientation programme, stay in for around 4-5 weeks? then u will post to the different squadrons. may be fighter, may be rotary etc.
enjoy your time in aftc. it will be heaven.
i think the hq also outdated, because now they change the pes c intake from bmt already.
anyway my time also abit slack, cause we posted to AFS end of december, no course starting also.. so by the time our course started, it was almost feburary..AFS is heaven.

then now i hear AFTC from u guys

did they change the name during that period they change the name of everything to simi command, that command, this command.

AFS = Air Force School
AFTC = Air Force Training Command
FYI : They merge the commands to become Air Force Training Command, there is no more AFS (AIR FORCE SCHOOL) anymore.

so AFTC is the 6th command of the RSAF?

it was only around last year... almost 3 after the major restructuring within RSAF with regards to commands
