Bipolar Disorder: Should I Declare Honestly to Doctor @CMPB?

  Hi i am going for my medical screening soon. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 1 year ago. So when i go for my medical screening, should i tell the doctor? should i bring my physiatrist's medical letter? Any idea what pes will i get? Is it still possible to be a medic? thank u very much

  Good idea. Please bring your shrink's letter as you won't be able to be deployed in sensitive positions.

  Yes u should... i have a friend with bipolar disorder who declared.

  As with any medical condition, please honestly declare to the MO at CMPB along with any specialists' letters.

  Please submit the hospital specialist memo to the camp doctor to assess and process.
