Hi,
I am currently a NSman - vocation is rifleman & PES status B. Recently, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism or Graves Disease. Am I able to downgrade to a lower PES status? If so, normally what PES status do people like me fall under?
Thanks for your help.

Hey guys I need some help.
Basically because of a skin problem i have been submitted for medical board review recommended for pes C and OOT-ed from BMT.
Also because of the skin problem and down-pesing I face alot of ridicule and disrespect from my peers and superiors and they are extremely unsympathethic towards my condition . These superiors include my PC and PS and CSM, i have not spoken to the OC but i reckon he too will not care much as he has been giving me that ... kind of expression.
I have spoken to the counsellor before but I find him to be biased and nothing has changed, in fact the situation gets worst with every passing day. And I am filled with more and more mental anguish and distress everyday and am reaching my limit.
I hear that OOT personnel are to be posted out within 2 weeks, then again some people tell me a few months and so on , I need to know how long it will take for me to be posted out as I really cannot stand the kind of treatment I am getting in my camp. I want to call the SAF hotline but paused the case because I knew that as long as I was in the same company when the investigation is carried out, life in the company would be even worst as the investigation will garner even more hate from the superiors.
What I need to know is
1. How long does it take to be posted out ?
2. Who can I talk to with regards to posting out faster?

1) as soon as the medical board result is out and must liaise with your company line office clerk, PC and OC.
2) OC. there's no one else when you are in BMT phrase. only when you go unit, then got more choices as in unit got s1 manpower branch...
wah like that then since my PC OC against me then how , die already la .

advise you to better talk to OC 1st, since you didn't even try the last resort in the chain of command within the company line office.
ok

If I am now upgraded to a combat fit PES status (A/B), what vocation and unit will I be given?
I have completed PES A BMT and was to be a RSTA trooper before downgrade. Did not start the RSTA course.
Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Rifleman will be the best possible answer for you.
Revocation is usually highly likely that it's subject to internal transfer within the unit and its sub-units within the battalion, brigade, division and formation.
Hi guys, I have been graded PES E(not sure permanent or not) because of scoliosis with abnormal lung function test. Is there any possibility to be upgraded in the future?

Call and ask your unit chief clerk about your medical status....if its permanent, no upgrade....if its temp, ask them when is your next medical appointment....

It's likely to be permanent.
No chance of upgrading.

Good mah dont touch weapons.
Hi
I am currently undergoing my bmt and what I realised is that my pre-existing red-green colour vision deficiency has affected me in some aspects of my training such as the live firing. During the night shoot, I could not see the blinking red lights at all! All I saw was a patch of darkness. So yeah, naturally I missed my targets and got screwed quite badly lar...May need to go for reshoot somemore.
I feel really stupid saying this but I DO have an official notification stating that I have red green colour vision deficiency from the Health Promotion Board (Student Health Centre) but I forgot to bring it along with me when I went for my medical checkup last year.
So the question is, if I were to go for a medical review (with the official letter this time) to down pes, what are my chances? And what pes am I most likely to go to
