In my days in NS, some ppl are PES E or C with mental illnesses. they suffer discrimination inside NS, labling them as kengster or siao one for example.
The are pitiful.

They may get sent to SAF ward and IMH. I am trying to change public mindset on such enlistees. They are quite jialat.

Some enlistees can shoot. Theres some who are not excused from firearms.
I hope such enlistees are treated more properly with less discrimination.
