what saf should do using their money instead of getting money from their own reservist soldiers:
3 months of food for reservist in training(3 days/week at least)
3 months of salary paid full time(3 days/week)
3 months of transportation to and fro from training camps(3 days/week)

1 day of food= 500grams pork boiled in vinegar with 300grams cooked rice,with pork being $14/kg and rice being $2/kg.Total cost per day for food =$7+$0.80=$7.80 training food per day to build up body to pass ippt athelete army tests.
1 day salary according to developed status at least by developed country status should be $100/day.
1 day transport cost to camp and back from camp.due to poor locations of military camps to planned bus and train routes:
bus to nearest mrt=0.80cents.mrt train to athelete training ippt camp=$3.00 estimated,bus from mrt train to athelete army training ippt camp=0.80cents
after training ,bus from camp to train station=0.80cents,mrt train transport to bus stop near home=$3.00(estimated) ,bus transport from mrt train station=0.80cents
total transport to camp and back from camp /day=0.80+$3+0.80+0.80+$3+0.80=$9.20
GRAND TOTAL BILL TO TRAIN RESRVIST TO PASS ARMY ATHELETE PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTS=$7.80+$100+$9.20=$117/DAY
$117/DAY TOTALLED TO FOOT ARMY RESERVIST IPPT TRAINING WHICH THE SAF SHOULD PAY INSTEAD OF GIVING RESERVIST FINES.

THIS SHOULD BE FOR A 3 MTHS IPPT TO BUILD UP STAMINA AND STRENGTH OF RESERVIST WHO MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH FOOD TO EVEN TAKE A BUS TO CAMP.

IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO RUN OR EVEN GOTO CAMP TO BUILD UP BODY DUE TO SHIFT WORK AND NORMAL WORK IN SPORE.THE ARMY SHOULD BE THE ONE PAYING FOR THAT AND NOT PRETEND THOSE COSTS DO NOT EXIST AND DISMISSED AS HUMAN HEART CONDITION AND INFERIOR BEINGS.
I got paid $200 for 3 hours of IPPT (including transportation + waiting time). sounds fair enough...
some got paid 400 (gold), some 100 (incentive). Of course, we all train for it to achieve this.
SAF money ==> tax money ==> singaporean money.
I pass IPPT, i take the money rightfully. You did not train, so cannot pass and want to take the money? Think about it.

Minister salaries keep increasing, saf should also increase IPPT incentives for Nsmen. SGD$1000/- for monetary, SGD$800/- silver, SGD$500/- bronze. Even if only pass SGD$300. SOC - SGD$2000/-.
sure the passing rate will be very high, shift work lah, even a death man will return from hell or heaven to take the tests.
