Changi Naval Base: How From Tanah Merah MRT ?

  I just got posted there, not sure how to get there. I live in Pasir-ris... Close to Ikea, Giant and Courts that side....

  driving wise, will be easy.. TPE to ECP exit Changi Coast Road.
  Public Transport wise, theres shuttle buses from Tanah Merah MRT. not sure of the details.

  Take transport to TMFT, from there take cab in. Alternative, I think there's ferry services from Tanah Merah MRT station.

  got shuttle bus almost every 1 hour starting 830 i think. before 830 is 10min per bus from 7. or take cab in, around 10 bucks. starting point for abovementioned tenah merah. have fun.

  So if I have to get there by 8am, any estimation on what time I should be at Tanah Merah mrt??

  I would say about half an hour.

  On the first day I suggest you go there by Taxi.

  Else you can come to Tanah Merah MRT early in the morning. Turn towards the right. Go to the busstop that is going toward Changi Airport. There should be a long queue waiting for bus. There should be also a duty spec helping people to get onto the bus. 

  It only take about 10 mins to go to CNB. But the queue is long as all the personnels stay out.  when you go to CNB you need to alight  (change pass for your first day) and queue for bag check, then you need to take the internal shuttle bus, to get around the base. 

  They have take off the sign and bus timing schedule now.

  If you know nuts, for fuck's sake just admit it. Still refuse to come clean over what you served as during NS?

  I just know that the last time when I need to go back to CNB for reservist. My reporting time is 8:30 am. At 7: 20 plus I am at Tanah Merah MRT. At 8 am plus, I am already at the CNB canteen eating breakfast. Considered the waiting time, check in and the internal bus journey. My approximate calculated is about 10 mins from Tanah Merah to CNB. May be I have calculated wrongly, as I dont time exactly.

  yah sometimes they just anyhow post people. In nice words, they say this unit need more you than any other units because you are important. 

  I was posted to TNB initially. Then I complained ... Then after a few months, I noticed that some1 in CNB from the similar department is going to ORD so ask for a switch. Else I will be travelling from East to West everyday.
