I doubt engineers got lot of route marches....but field camp sure got.....
Yes, there will be plenty of those. When I was in armour, we did 32 click route marches also. Reason being, we also do infanty role mah.

Of cos...when your men go to field, you no need to be there meh? Or else why you think Sispec motto is "with pride we lead"
oh so sad... i tot i wont have much field camps hais isit tough?

No, but we do share a camp with them, and also know they go through more shit than us. I dunno why you call it field camp, when its more of outfield but don't come back to camp. I also went thru BSLC, and I thought those outfield were tough, but in unit, its so much worse.

You will have more outfield than you can ever imagine. Of course its tough, isn't that what BSLC prepared you for? Or is BSLC such a piece of cake now?
Hi Guys,
Need your help at sgforums Malaysia Corner "Malaysian come into S'pore forum & lecture Singaporeans ".
Many thanks.
ya. scsĀ is damn slack. found term is 2 months pro term is 3 months. comb term is 1 week
Before this new SCS system was implemented, armour 3SGs had the longest training course, so how did they manage to fit that into 3 months? O.O
armour takes longer and will not be joining the rest for combined arms term haha
TS, if u are so worried about outfield thing, why bother going through all those trainings and obtain 3SG rank? U learned all the things in SISPEC so u can apply it in unit mah.
If u think your life is better once u got out of SISPEC, dont even think about it.
Unless, u downgrade PES status.
So nowadays, right out of sispec, can get 3SG rank already? Wah so good ar? Last time, out of sispec is just corporal, then go unit, go course course course then get 3SG rank, then the real hell begins.
