Alternatively, employ more regulars to form a division.... the amount of money saved from doing away with the reservist training could be used to fund this division....

We are Singapore Citizen.We hope government can reduce NS service year to 1 year.But sincerely,they are nobody listen to us...sad =(

i don't mind doing reservist Hhahhaha BUT please send someone to cover up for my work for the 2 wks,my mailbox is flooded with e-mail everytime i get back to work and alway have to OT after my ICT

Mr Teo mentioned a couple of days ago in The Straits Times that NS will remain 2 years; not longer, not shorter. He said it was just nice for now. Think that's a whole load of b--l---t. They gotta do something immediately if they are sincere about it! It's not difficult to just reduce NS to 1 year, unless the papayas have a personal hidden agenda.
