  Good luck. I have a history of pneumonia, but neglected to mention due to it occuring while I was overseas (pain in the ass to get the medical records).
  
  I'm PES C2L2, hoping you can go with it.

  It is lung infection, which is a temp status.

  They might do a x-ray on the lungs. But mostl likely it is intact now.

  Do you get downgraded for having fever?
