  How come it is not inside my manning or callup?

  according to my fren, if your unit called you again and again to confirm your mobile or contact number, very high chance if not then most likely not, if u wanna go JB, go after 3 lor...normall the recalled timing start between 2-3.

  technical mobilisation CONFIRM will kana one. never inform you the date? you siam technical mobilisation, then they will still ask you back to explain why you never turn up. still have to go back camp also.. and sometime will sabo the whole platoon cos cant find you and therefore the rest of guys cant go back.
