Rsaf just called me that i am offered AWO C3 officer position with 4 years bond.
My main ambition is to become a pilot either in RSAF or commercial sector, so being an AWO, does it give me required knowledge and experience which i can put to great use when i am training for pilot in the future?
Is it worth signing on for?
Nope..that 4 years will be better spent undergoing flying school at somewhere else..

Did you go through the compass and interview? Is it tough?
Its up to your interest and motivation...whether you'll like doing the job everyday.
The job is either to be in the skies, in an E-2C or G550, watching radars, communicating, directing planes, assessing situations. Or on the ground somewhere in Changi, watching radars, talking to planes...
If that's what you'll enjoy doing, go for it.
You must love the job to stay the long-haul la.
