Does My Medical Problem w/Specialist Memo Warrant Downgrade?

  I have heard of cases in which the MO from the camp outright rejects the memo. Does the MO have the right to reject the memo? Can we approach the higher ups ( e.g. MMI) if the camp MO does not do anything?

  MO followed a directive to downgrade, if the directive cannot downgrade, then they'll not board u.

  What if its a condition such as flat feet? Where there are some people with pes C and some given pes B only? Is it up the MO to decide? What if the specialist indicates that you be downgraded to C?

  most flat feet are pes B.....

  For flat feet, best chance to down pes is during your health screening at CMPB, after that then you wanna down pes, sorry no can do.

  This is very true...all the Pes C flat feeters I knew...were downgraded in CMPB health screening.....

  I personally know of two guys who OOCed from rifleman and down pesed to C2L2, due to flat feet.
