Should I Go Down to NS Camp to Find Chief Clerk/Camp Doctor?

Very rarely the medical docket is lost or the memo in it is lost....check with the Chief Clerk about this ASAP.

medical docket seldom get lost but often gotten misplaced.......if TS is still in the active unit, maybe he should go ask the reservist clerk if not then will have problem getting it. But now the medical hx are on in the computer system, they should have hx of this.

the thing is usually only when people make a trip to an office in person, then will see some result...
or else, pls wait patiently after some working days...

I tot the memo should let you down PES? Did they "Medical Board" you ?

Demon Bane-I tink now the process is much easier,meaning serious cases no need to go medical board.See the MO is enuff...A week later,i saw my status 'Pes F' on MyNS portal
