  Hello. I am currently studying in a poly. Can i apply for the MDES Study award ? 

  If yes, how do i apply for it? Is it good ?

  These are the requirements for MDEA (NAVY, Degree):

  Eligibility Criteria

  	Qualify for a place in a local university
  	Possess good co-curricular activities (CCA) record and strong leadership qualities
  	Must be a Singapore citizen or a Singapore PR intending to take up citizenship

  Thus, you will need to get a place in uni before applying for it. If you do not take up CCA in sec school and poly, I have bad news for you.

  The top right hand corner will have this button "Contact a recruiter".

  Use it to tell them your wish to apply for the MDES award.

  Sry... Actually im gonna enter poly soon.  So can i apply for MDEA(NAVY, Diploma) ???

  It will be better if you send a message to the recruiter.

  However, it is clear that you need to maintain a CGPA above 2.5 as well as not repeat any of your semesters.

  unless studies quite good la [going by current flexibility]

  last time is really suffer as almost impossible to upgrade [if sign spec die die can only be spec, unless recommend for officer or pass degree sponsorship interview all of which are for the select few only] now with a recognised degree any1 meeting the requirements can just study [with or w/o spon also can] and become a senior expert. little gap between the officers and senior MEs anw =x [all still lump tgt as officer]
