Obesity + High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) = PES Bp OR C ?

I had my first medical checkup. Everything pes A except that i am overweight with bmi 30 and high blood pressure 145/92. I am currently given pes D and will be going back for another review this wednesday.
Is there any chances of me getting into pes BP? Or straight pes C?

they will put u on a machine, tell you bring home wear for one day, it will measure your BP trend for a period, then from then they decide lor, usually if diet/lifestyle control can manage (i.e no need drugs), they will put you as Pes Bp lah.

yup.. i got that before.
if your 24 hour reading is high.... they will probably give u a C.
if your 24 hour reading is low, you are probably too nervous at cmpb, so its not high blood pressure, so its BP.
but everybody has high BP these days, they might be more strict on giving C. -
On a second note, I think PES BP has gone extinct. I have heard of PES B1L1... PES B2L... etc.

Yup. I got Pes Bp. I was given a machine cuffed on my arm for 24 hours. Basically i just slacked at home throughout. Lol. I wonder if i were to go to school, would my blood pressure go higher? Because i find it unrealistic to slack at home and had normal blood pressure readings. Anyway it does not matter, i started to watch my diet and exercise regularly
