NS: To Downgrade PES, No Hospital Specialist Memo, No Talk?

  Hi,

  I`m currently suffering from Psoriasis of the nails and groin area. I`m planning to get a medical review to excuse physical training/ downgrade. How do i do it and anyone had similar situations?
