I've just missed registration period for NS, now what? How?

  I recently just noticed i missed the date for registration for NS. They say they will send me A Further Reporting Order. I still have studies gng on for two years...will i be unable to defer? And wad will happen if i go down to CMB for registration? Fine? Lectures/Scolding? PLEASE HElp Me Thanks.

  But my birthday is 22 july..which means the page u just refer me to cannot help me :( Thanks Anyway:)
