Complete ICT Cycle: Stand Down / Mindef Reserve (MR) / ROD?

I was just being told by my NS Reservist dept that I have completed my reservist cycle. So what can I look forward to? Im still waiting for the letter. Any incentives given for NSmen who have completed their 10 year cycle reservists?

how's the reservist system like over in SPF? like SAF 7HK,3LK? need to do IPPT/IPT?RT also?

nothing like that. annual ippt and shooting yes have. but now they said i completed my cycle.

good for you loh. now it's your market for employment, believe me when i said if u sent out resumes and higher chance of being replied to, cos you no more NS liability already mah.

haha....congrats le. You should get your NS incentive into yur cpf a/c also.

since u r spf...MR might not apply to u. MR is mindef reserve- means if anything happen, the active/regulars/nsman will go fight first...mr later then fight>>> if i'm not wrong. :)

what about the 40 yr old for WOSE and 50 yr old for officer thing? what is the SPF side like?
