  #1 Lasik surgery, who do I should seek approval from? Or issit strictly not allowed? #2. Going for CAT Term , allowed to drive to Pasir Leba camp?

  Lasik, most probably should be to seek permission from the camp medical centre and your OC...

   

  Driving, most probably should be to apply for a car pass if drive daily in/ out camp and also for parking.
