NS: Music & Drama Coy (MDC) Audition Selection during BMT?

  Does joining MDC, specifically chinese orchestra, need you to be any PES and below?

  Also, I cannot find information on audition for chinese orch on MDC page, anyone knows about audition for CO?

  At what point in my NS is it possible to join the MDC? Is the only time for audition during BMT?

  Hi I will answer your questions.

  1) It doesn't explicitly state so, but you need to be PES C2 and below to stand a chance to be granted a move to MDC (doesn't matter how much talent you have).

  2) Just prepare a couple pieces and there will be sight reading.

  3) Any point. There are people joining MDC after serving 1 year in combat unit due to injury/downPES.
