i am a ns men with a pes status of b. but i was excused from my ippt for my nsf life, now i am being charge of not doing ippt when i cant do cause i am suspected of having this rheumatoid arthritis. can someone tell me what pes status would it usually for rheumatoid arthritis.. i am going to be charge tomorrow hope to get some answers thanks a lot

when ORD, u should have go for a medical review appointment with unit medical centre in camp to get a proper MC to excuse IPPT permanently from MO...
show any proof in black and white on paper... e.g. doctor's notes/ memos, any IPPT excuse letters during NSF time...
argue with them tmr to ask them to check their own medical computer system for your NSF report sick records...
yes i am having a camp memo stating suspecting of rheumatoid arthritis and also a memo from polyclinic doctor stating the same and sending me to see the specialist. if i am really having this rheumatoid arthritis can someone advice whats usual pes status for this... hope to know it soon thanks alot

i see i see thanks guys for replying me i tot i was alone waiting tomorrow go sit db... they charge me at monbray camp.. heard those charge there usually don make it out.. although its just a few days db but its not worth it as i really got this pain and swelling going on and off thats why i never take my ippt over the years.. felt like ball being kicking around by doctors over the years being trying to find out what happen to my joint. thanks guys for the reply :)

then halfway stuck stop there at polyclinic? finishing line liao meh? the end liao?
why never continue to see the hospital specialist to get that specialist memo?

i now waiting for the specialist date to come sia but the charge cannot wait wan to charge me already zzz i wanted the specialist memo to save me but too long unable to wait till then tmr gg liao. i only got camp mo memo and polyclinic doctor memo... hope tomorrow they dont charge me sit long

tmr u go there, make sure u must maintain ur stand...
say u don't know the exact process of getting the official 'excuse IPPT permanently' from the medical centre...
make sure u must argue and justify ur points to make ur stand...
don't let them lead u by the ears and kena tehan/ hantam by them...
if anything, just appeal and appeal...
oh really appeal got use i was thinking sua just sit if they sentence me a few days i got to work and support my family i cant keep let them drag me around for court marshal... haix so confused really donno what to do.. should fight with them over my medical or should i just take it as a lesson learn and let them put me away a few days and when my specialist date come liao i faster go and settle it once and for all.. zzz sleepless night zzz

Don't worry, kana charge is a standard procedure..there is a service lapse in the system.
just ask the Investigation officer this question: "I was medically excused in NSF all the way" >> See how the investigation officer (IO) reply, you will be in for a real understanding of how they really work.
anything you talk to the IO, you will understand how they really view responsibility..the way lawyer works..as it is our individual responsibility to report our health status, not theirs, the way professionals play with their words..
just show proof that you are medically excused from IPPT fo NSF Life (black & white) and admit your mistakes than you will be let off with a verbal warning..
Do Not Argue with Them; they are just doing their job (as they are protected by the documents you signed before you ORD), else be at risk of taken away immediately by military poilice on duty.
after which, when you walk out of the of the place you were told to report to, than make a medical appointment review with your unit MO, and bring the black & white documents to the MO, than there is high chance you will get to fill up a piece of paper for down-pes application, and wait for the good news.
what you need to do now is to find all the evidence to support your health injury status claim so the IO can't do anything but to but to let you off.
thanks fallen for the reply i think tmr i will try to explain my situation to the io.. today i just went took memo from my camp mo... hope the io will understand i really is want to settle it just that i got no choice but to wait see the specialist first before i could come up with the letter for downgrading... but my supporting document donno can or not i got a camp memo and a polyclinic doctor memo.. but if they check my record i never did ippt in my nsf life before i was always on excuse even my bmt till now i also never passed.. all my recourse ffi was fail so untill now my bmt still undone..

no use talking to IO, i don't think they have the authority to access your medical history record in their system since they are not MO, so security status different. (but you can try see if they have access to the system, let us know the results)
you must show black and white.. >> same theory like no money (evidence) no honey (freedom + pes status downgrade in future when you fix medical review appt)..
the IO is really Law By Law - Step-By-Step follow the book pattern.
i'm sure the letter you receive a month prior to kanna charged date, they got tell you to prepare documents to support your claim..so if you go in empty handed, take it as a lesson learn to prepare early, whatever things related to govt, especially military..
if you ask this qn last min, tml just pay the fines (based on your rank) accordingly and treat it and learn from your mistake..(never do anything last minute)
