  May I know what are the Do's and Don'ts with regards to MC ? Because there may be some gray areas such as:

   

  Can I go to the pharmacy?

  Can I still go to see the doctors / physiotherapists?

  Can I go overseas (with leave applied but within the MC period)?

  Also, I would appreciate it very much if someone could link me to the maybe a medical directive? Thanks!

  1,2 yes, get proof.

  4. yes. do anything you want but don't get caught.

  3. if you have access to intranet in camp

  Hmm wow the change in topic title seems very misleading.

   

  Firstly, im already on long term MC due to a surgery.

  I go to a pharmacy to get prescriptions that the hospitals cannot provide.

  I need to go back regularly to the hospital for physio and re-checks.

  As for going overseas, I have a rare condition, so we may require a second opinion.

   

  Well... I did remember seeing the directive, but it provided little information about the going overseas part.

  Yeah... sad. Well the good thing is, I dont think my superiors mind if I go to the hospital and ill just try to hit the pharmacy on the way back.
