  I would like to ask if anyone here knows whether there's only one VA per year? If not, how many are there and around what time of the year do the letters get sent?

  CDO - 2 times a year. Alpha and Bravo coy.

  NDU - afaik also 2 times a year.

  Is it true that 1 time is for JC students and 1 time is for Polytechnic/ITE students?
