Sign On RSAF: Worth? Wise? Die-Hard to Country? Passion?

  Hi guys, 

  I recently just passed out from bmt, and it's the end of my 2nd week in unit life. i am wondering if I am still able to sign on as a regular in air force for the mdes scheme (ASOX) now?

  And also, if it's possible, how long will it take to process and so on.. I have send my enquiries online to them, but it's seems that i am not getting any replies yet. 

  I want to get this done as soon as possible, cause i am afraid that i will not be able to sign on if i were to stay any longer in my unit.

  Go directly to your S1.
  I'm quite sure they wont turn down anyone willing to sign on.... They might only beg you to sign on with your current unit instead though lol.

  You're always welcome to sign on, at any time during or after BMT or after your service.

  You should bargain for the sign on bounty you would have received just a few days ago in BMT. They might tell you it's "very hard to get" but you should know better.

  After thinking it through carefully and reading the OLD faqs here. There's lots in and outside of the SAF you haven't seen.
