Sign On: Worth? Wise? For $ / Passion? Got Future? How?

Hey all i'm currently in BMT phase, mono-intake in 3GDS, qualifications of O levels. I achieved a Silver for IPPT. Will be participating in Field Camp in 2 weeks time.
I've recently placed interest in signing on for the WO scheme in Guards. Just a couple of questions and I hope someone do enlighten me.
1. So i heard there will be 2 interviews after placing interest. How long does it usually take for the first interview to come? My peers who signed on with me are really anxious for the interview but it hasn't arrived after 3 weeks.
2. And is it true that O level qualifications = usually not accepted? I certainly hope i'm not shortlisted just because of my qualification level.
3. There will be a provisional contract to sign if I pass all my interviews right? Would that be during the BMT phase? And upon signing, does it mean I'm a regular and will be drawing regular pay from that instant? And when will the backpay to date of enlistment be paid?
4. The EIS or the so-called lumpsum payments are not for qualifications below NITEC. So for the people with O level qualifications, do they get any form of bounty or something?
5. Any views on ADF? Will it be better than signing on as a Guardsman? Some may say 'Another Dumb Fucker' or 'Always Die First', but i just want to know more about the different job scopes and lifestyles they give.
I'm asking all these because the MINDEF website doesn't totally answer everything, and my commanders couldn't answer me as well. I know some will be posting things like 'ah why sign on if not being an officer' or 'O level get slow promotion and pay is shit'. I am all prepared to sign on and I'm very aware what i will be doing upon being a regular. Hope to receive some positive replies, thanks!

lol adf and guardsman is the same they all do inf staff not like the comamdos, but for adf is shot term 5years by 5 years, its up to u wana sgin a long team like wo scheme ,but for adf there is a couse call cqc , is much diff from bmt and more harder, is best u exp bmt first and u think about it, is this kind of life u wana do for the next few yeah. allright friend
