  I don't think you know the true meaning of this sentence. This sentence is from a poems to say about 'Not to force someone with force (brutal) but rather, use words (mouth) to change someone's decision'. Putting this sentence here, you change the meaning to 'Using wits (Officer) than force (Men) to win the battlefield (Military)', which is wrong. Please take note. Thanks.
