If i down pes to pes b2l2 with perm excuse heavy load issit still possible for them to make me stay in my current vocation rifleman ? im currently in 9 SIR so will they post me out of the unit or i will stay in the unit ?
you are advised to go speak to both of them privately in the office room to make your personal issues, situation and request known to them to settle your case...
for your info, S1 officer is the unit's manpower officer.

If u never get downgrade, doubt you'll be posted out.
i downgrade liao b2l2 and perm heavy load.
When u downgraded, by right the unit should do reposting. If ur current vocation can fit into the current pes status, you will stay in the unit. Even if it does. You can still ask the MO to request for reposting.
Ask indirectly, say ur boss ask u to carry this and this (1 litre drinking water bottle), so it hurt your back, therefore u need to rest at home. Ask for reposting or post out. It is true that u can hurt ur back and getting attend C all the time. Ask for perm solution. Get the MO to say something. They know how to follow up. It is all about adminstration.
Your vocation I don't think can remain as rifleman.
They can either... request to keep you and re-vocate within the unit...or return you to CMPB to decide what the army wants to do with you...
But it takes time....because there're admin procedures etc and the whole army has lots of personnel deployment stuff to settle, so sometimes it can take months of hanging around - its normal.
If i dont' sound off to my oc or S1 about my condition will i still be posted out ? is it an automatic process or something that you need to initiate it ?
You guys do civilian POI. A lot of heavy loads to carry?
