BMT POP: No Post to OCS/ SCS = No More Chance Be Commander?

  hi guys, just got posted to 36 SCE at selarang camp as EOD PNR. i understand that im posted as 'men' now, so im asking, is there any chance for me to reach 3rd sergeant rank at least or my highest rank during nsf will only be cpl ? thanks in advance!

  No chance to be 3SG highest would be CFC. Not too sure do they still give local rank but useless lah

  ok thanks anw im just interested to know how to advance from cpl to cfc? i seldom see ppl with cfc rank, is it like damn hard to get ?

  Cpl should be quite straight forward, at certain time of your service, if your performance is good you should get, CFC I would think, your performance must be quite outstanding. So far I do noe only 2 CFC. They quite on the ball during their NSF days.
