If Lost Items Sign Form 1206, Then Lost Forms Sign What/How?

  I've been wondering, if you misplaced an item, you sign SAF1206.

  What if you misplace forms? If i'm not wrong, these forms are not classified into 'Restricted','Confidential', etc.
