  Who will downgrade you on word alone?

  If you have no $, tell the MO your problem and he will refer you to a specialist. Then you take the Half Day Off to visit the specialist and they will detect the problem and write a memo for you to bring back to your MO. The MO will forward it to a medical review board which will downgrade you within a few weeks.
