PES F: Discharge Certificate of Service (COS),How Long Come?

  Hey!

  I just saw the Head Psychiatrist at MMI.

  I was medically discharged from NS (PES F) with immediate effect.

  My parents are sending me to seek psychological treatment overseas for my mental health illness conditions.

  When is CMPB sending the discharge certificate of service stating no more NS obligations for I am free to travel anywhere globally without any restrictions from CMPB such as notifying CMPB or apply for Exit Permit (EP), unlike reservists till they are 40 for WOSE rank or 50 for Officer rank?

  Do you think if I am to go personally ASAP to CMPB now, then CMPB will have no choice but to issue me the certification on the spot immediately since I am right there demanding my request at the counter? If my parents are to accompany me to show face at CMPB, will CMPB give face to my parents to print the certificate on the spot?
