After Medical Board PES Review, it will change from a medical matter to an administrative one.
Afterwards, the Posting Order is arranged by the NS unit's S1 Manpower Branch.
Hence, please find the Chief Clerk/ DyS1/ S1 Officer for assistance.
Go to S1 Manpower Branch, find Chief Clerk to file an in-service
training injury report to seek compensation claims (just like
an insurance claim) and once approved, in future,
all medical fees incurred in any govt
restructured hospital will be fully borned by Mindef
with the issurance of a Service Injury card.
For
ORD Reservists, Mindef will borne
the fees only
when it's an in-service injury and once
the claim is approved, the issurance of a Service
Injury (SI) Card.
From the moment the injury report claim is
filed till its approval, most cases took an approx. few
months, while a handful
of complicated cases can take up to a
year to be verified and processed.
Service injuries are injuries sustained while serving NS.
This also includes injuries sustained when reporting for duty or
going home after duty.
You will get FULL subsidy for medical treatment for such injuries, even after ORD.
Remember to first report your injury to your unit MO. Also remember to collect and keep all documents relating to your injury and your treatment. These will help when you submit the injury report and seek claims.
