  Take this as a debate guys. I want to see how we can argue ourselves out of this situation. (I'm not in this situation)

  I have long heard that booking is a privilege. However is it appropriate for one person out of the entire unit (100+ personnel) to have his privileges revoked? Is this considered a prejudiced order or not? Can we in any way have this situation surfaced to an higher authority to be redressed.
