oh perhaps they could incorporate water bag as part of the sbo too.

perhaps changing de fabric of no 4 as i heard it's so unbreathable dat air cant get in to regulate de body temperature, resulting in a no of heat strokes. de no 4 is so heat trapping dat i heard it can b worn without any extra clothing during overseas training stints in cold countries.

i haf seen de shoes used during physical training bef (izzit called PT shoe
) . if i m not wrong, i tink it's designed for overpronators ( pple wif feet dat tend to land on the outside of de heel n rolls inward excessively when running n they r usually flat footers). it has a straight last - the sole is straight n wider on tyhe inner edge. the shoe oso doesnt has an arch. the midsole at the inner-rear edge of the shoe is harder to prevent excessive rolling of the feet inward. all these r the characteristics of a shoe for overpronators. how bout de underpronators n those wif neutral feet? studies haf shown wearing de wrong type of running shoes will cause injuries. -

mayb fren sweat a lot....he's kind of big size dats y he felt so hot in no 4.
