During ur NS did u all really use SAF insect-repellent or secretly use commercial 1 example...the brand OFF
And do SAF insect repellent really useful

Never use inscet repellent too

Hardly used it on my body cos the smell is off putting.
We do used it to clean off the marks on the map left by markers. -

my insect repellent was used to remove dried kiwi on the tiles at BMTC -

Imagine wad it can do damage to your face. Usually, we are not very tactical one, just use the classic mosquito coil and it does works. Unless under strict orders to be tactical, then we have to Tong lor. Anyway, do get used to it after numerous missions out the field. -

i got frens who apply the insect repellent on their face and neck b4 putting camo so tt the camo is easy to remove.
i try putting insect repellent on face and neck b4 too but yes, its SOOO hot! even on cool nite can make one sweat like hell!
den eventually started putting the insect repellent on no. 4, where all the openings are (around the neck, around the buttons) and on my hands, on my back and bottom. it worked quite well!
oni time was during lancer jcc. the mosquitoes were so atrocious! had to use camo scarf to cover face and neck else canot sleep. -
