  well....2dae go ttsh get my treadmill report....doc say my heartbeat norm.....but need do weight to strengthen my ribs..... cos i last time heart got problem in sec sch.......
  
  but then i got slight spinal misalignment at the lower spine......
  
  soooo..........ay prediction for my PES?
