Have a problem haizzz hope some1 can help me...
I worried 4 IPPT in the future, coz my job very shiong coz working in the kitchen, u noe we sweat lyk fcuk coz hot ma than somemore have 2 stand 8 to 10hrs until my leg&back also aching or pain

1 more thing is my diet 1day i eat only 1meal only and tat 1meal is very little just 3 to 4 spoon of rice & some veg, btw my size is average

so my conclusion is,my job is tiring & no time 2 train 4 physical fitness so DO I REALLY NEED 2 TRAIN
