  i agree wif u. normally 2SG is not able to be the coy 2IC - it has to be an officer, at the very least.
  
  however i duno if there r extraordinary circumstances surrounding tt incident,
  
  or simply it was a miscommunication,
  
  or someone wrote wrongly
  
  or someone read wrongly.
  
  in any case, u r welcomed to bring up ur point, but we do hope u watch ur language. though i mentioned this is a free world, it oso means ppl r free to kick u frm their forums.

  This IntegraType-R fella has proven me right in one aspect. Correct, it was a typo error on my part.However, his belligerent comments and ill-advised crititcisms have resulted in me not correcting my typo mistake because if people edit and amend or even correct their posts at the slightest hint of vulgar vocalization or some churlish and aberrant noise, what then is the motivation for people to exercise graciousness and nice attitudes towards conversing with each other? I just wanted to show him that foul language is still foul language no matter how much you try to masquerade it as free will or speech because im sure that if a person is capable of undersatnding these two concepts properly, then the previous meaning should be quite clear.
