me last year dec,kena on my left second toe,den maybe wear wrong sock,right last second toe also kena.den april ord,den may kana one big spot on my left ball foot there....
Now Still Havent Recovery
Me Now Using Hot Water To Treat It.
Turn On Water Heater,Den Spray On The Part.
Kill The Germs...... -

prevent - change socks regularly, powder feet and air them when got chance.
treat? hard lah.. tt time mine got bad enuff i went to see mo. and he prescribe some antibiotic tt i had to go out to buy. but it was so ex i oni bot like half the dose den stopped liao. -
use the army powder, it works...
rem keep your leg dry. -
Once u kena foot-rot very difficult 2 recover it may take few months 2 fully recover

Dry ur feet after contact with water and apply powder if need to. air your shoes and try not to wear enclosed shoes for prolonged period
