  Sian ah~!~!~!~!~!~! Everynight at least pee 5 times ah... only last week.. we water paraded 12 times! pengz... 9 full bottle and 3 half bottles...

  In tekong have 2 like that...coz u all have training everyday...somemore the weather is damn hot so SAF can't afford 2 down 1 men if not how 2 explain 2 their parents

  i actually make sure my urine is clear during bmt, hahahahaha!
  when it changes colour, i drink more water... i love tekong water... tastes sweeter than mainland
