i can still remember we used to trained in FBO for SOC in my BMT, thats why, when clear the test in SBO is chicken feet...
Not forgeting the helmet we used that time is the steel helmet -

Personally, mine is just 9mins 11secs. A pass is gd enough, didn't want to push too hard. If i did, i think at most 8mins 40secs.

Interesting post about MG Loh Yong Poh. My RSM during my NSF days are in the section with him who stormed that hijacked plane. And my RSM got 1 of the terrorist too. hehehe... real nice guy despite his fierce face.
And he was in the 32km route march during my Sispec POP. The 2nd batch to suffer the 32km shit............................ hahaah... wonder how those cdo did 72km -
