Feel Good, Look Good in the New Army Running Attire
Have you lately noticed Army personnel jogging in a bright and slick running attire? Do the running outfits look different, yet similar?
Launched on 14 September, the new Army running attire is a joint development by HQ Supply and Transport and Defence Science and Technology Agency to bring greater comfort and improve the athletic performance of our soldiers. Both the running vest and shorts are made of a lightweight and quick-dry material to keep the body cool and dry, and have improved features to make them more comfortable to wear. A ladies design is also available.
The new Army running attire also reflects the corporate identities of the Army Divisions/Formations in a co-ordinated manner. While each Division/Formation is represented by its own logo and choice of colours of the running vest, the standardised design of the outfit gives a uniform look across the Army.
Better comfort, improved performance, and looks good too!!
