  Magazines hardly cos usually there would be some magazines filter around our platoon like 8Days from some of my mates.
  
  I would usually spend more on food brought from supermarkets before booking in or coming back on the weekends for D/S. Stuff like Maggi mee, canned food and Snickers lah.

  still rem some of my plt mates bring so much food in during bk in - whole fullpack full of them - tt its machiam they going picnic.

  Usually we buy just enuff for... say like a simple supper in the bunk or enjoying a cuppa coffee or tea in the day. There's always the canteen anyway.

  Our Company line is quite flexible. So long our PC are informed.
  
  But 6mths prior to our ORD... we had so much canteen breaks and sitting ard the spec mess that we rather stay in bunk instead. Cos we had finished our second workyear stuff and basically rotting away in bunk for 6mths before getting the pink IC back.
