i kenna it during my stay at BMTC.

Basically, each coy will select some recruits from each platoon to form sorta' like a 10 men section to take part in it. It's a competition where the timing for each team (4 teams per coy) are totalled at the end of the competition and the coy with the fastest time wins. (if my memory serves me correctly.)
The test begins at the BMTC parade square between school 1 and school 2. Teams will be despatched at regular intervals into the competition. Everyone will be dressed in SBO, Helmet and rifle for the competition.
After despatched, the team must run together along tekong highway to the 100m or 300m range. Once everyone in the team reaches, all will fire some rounds and try to hit a number of targets to pass or for a score (sorry ah, forgot liao). And then, after the shootings, the team will run back along the tekong highway to the grenade assault range's training shed where they will declare a casualty in the team. The team needs to apply the appropriate treatment to the casualty before casevac him in a stretcher back to the school 2 SOC ground. Once reached the school 2 SOC ground, need to do reverse SOC starting from the ramp and ending at the low wall without the casualty falling down or stretcher touching the ground. EVeryone in the team must clear the SOC reversed too. And then after the low wall, it's a final rundown from the school 2 SOC low wall, along the road to the jetty, took a left turn and crossed the finishing line at the entrance of the school 2 stadium. Timing stops when the whole team crosses the line. Average time for each teams is about 1hr+ throughout.
My coy won that year! hahaha...
