Hey guys, my field camp coming this wednesday! Any tips for me? Like what to do or what not to do during camp that you've accumulated through your experiences. Please share!

i swam with some frogs in my basha before.. pray it isnt freaking hot when u are digging trenches.. get some half finger gloves.. very useful...when powder bathing, dun change ur no.4.. trust me 
dun say anything at night when u hear something or see something weird

Gd luck saintboy on your first outfield. Being at outfield, you tend to lose things. So safeguard your important stuff.
To avoid unnecessary punishments:
-Never go anywhere without your weapon.
-Never squeeze the trigger unless instructed. Take extra care when you check clear your arms.
-Do as instructed but think before you do.
-Whatever ppl are doing that is wrong and will implicate you, have someone or something to cover your ass when the punishment comes.
-Most probably your sergeants will steal your rifle if chance arises, even when you slp, try not to leave it with your buddy or whoever you think you can trust as when the weapon is stolen, you get the punishment, not him.
On personal comfort etc.....
-Powder bath to prevent heat rashes and abrasions.
-Mopiko??? My standard item.
-Extra pair of socks, to dry ur boots faster, take out the insoles.
-If you are allowed to, use commercial groundsheet, they are water-proof. SAF's groundsheet water-proof coating more or less gone unless you got a new one.
There's more but can't remember..... sorry... -
anyway some other advise / tips for saintboy:
secure ur belongings to ur sbo / fullpack using black string - jus make sure u dun lose any equipment.
when powder bath do it properly, esp with ur feet!
drink water lavishly
bring some spares for items such as black rubber band, ziploc, torch batts. also, bring good jackknife, gloves, torch.
dun wear nice nice watch out!
and when u bk in, dun bring too much money or valuables in! make sure ur bunk cupboard's lock is good - but even this does not guarantee there will be no break in. -
bring toilet paper!!!

last time told to guard our "wives" passionately when sleeping...

hahaha....they will steal our blank attachments and magazines. anyway to secure them? Or just hug them closely and tightly while you sleep? You are still prone to releasing your grip as you sleep wad right?
