the government vehicles (e.g. police cars and cars for senior public servants) are either waived of coe or pay a much smaller amt. this is y they regulate the number of such cars veri carefully.
Heard that they still have pay their COEs but when they need to replace cars (including all other government cars), the price of COE is regulated. if not, how can when they change the car fleet, COE dropped to $50 and $100. got one time even $1 dollar! (info from my bro in the police logistics) -

i heard the us secretary of state, (forgot name), is a 4-star general, dunno how they put on uniform, and whats the name for 4-star? -
4star i think is just called General lor. 5star is General Of The Army, 1star is Brigadier General, 2star is major general, 3star is lieutenant general. i think singapore highest is 3star. correct me if i'm wrong..

Colin Powell, the US Sec of State, was a retired General in the US army and was the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff during the 1st Gulf War... -

I met the COA face to face at a site showaround at HQMES.We were in charge of the food and beverages.He walked over and asked us about the food, the we told him that we're gonna get the lobos to serve it soon.He said, its okay, he'll serve himself, no need for any waitersThats pretty humble I say.

but US army have a TON of 4star general, strictly speaking, the only permernet 5star gen is USarmy is the present president of the country. -
It's very easy to meet all the "stars" when u work in MINDEF, when i was working there i see them everyday until i see stars hahaha
