do simple stretching exercises gently...

trust me.. i know what i'm talking about from 1st hand experience...
if your bed is soft, i suggest getting a very very firm bed.. like a futon or something... -

i confirm downgrade once i go specialist...my company (Ninja) power...now 5 OOC(include mi) my platoon power sia.......each section 1 OOC -
